Geoship carries forward the work of architect and polymath Buckminster Fuller, who dedicated his life to reimagining housing as a means to prevent human suffering. Bucky defined his mission as:

“To make the world work for 100% of humanity, in the shortest possible time, through spontaneous cooperation, without ecological offense, or the disadvantage of anybody.”

Bucky's mission is permanently embedded in our perpetual purpose-driven trust, the living heart of Geoship.

First Principles Housing Transformation

1929

Fuller introduced the Dymaxion House, a lightweight, efficient, mass-producible home.

1927.avif

Bucky believed it would take breakthroughs in material science and manufacturing to build the geodesic future.

1954

Bucky invented synergetic math and patented the geodesic dome, the strongest, lightest, most efficient form known to humankind.

By 2007, Argonne National Labs completed an 11-year R&D program to commercialize this new category of materials for the nuclear industry.

1996

Professor Rustum Roy invented chemically bonded ceramics, a new family of ultra-high strength, low-carbon, biologically resonant materials.

Geoship builds on this foundation, creating proprietary bioceramic composites that replace nearly all conventional building materials, making them stronger, safer, and better for people and the planet.

Material Science Breakthrough

Bringing it Together with Intelligent Production

We bring nature’s most efficient geometry and materials together with 21st-century manufacturing technology. Precision-engineered geodesic components are flat-packed and quickly assembled by small crews into healthy, sustainable, and resilient homes, just as Fuller envisioned.

Geoship Is Founded

By optimizing the materials, geometry, and manufacturing, we unlock the 21st century peoples’ home. Affordable, sustainable, resilient, and healthy homes for everybody.

2017

Founders Morgan, Bas, and Adam begin bioceramic R&D in a farmhouse on Whidbey Island.

Help shape regenerative, zero-waste architecture

Work at the edge of material science, geometry, and sacred design.

A co-operative culture with steward ownership

Our corporate structure reflects our values: evolutionary purpose, freedom, and trust.

Collaborate across disciplines: science, design, community.

From ceramic chemistry to community planning, you’ll co-create at the intersections.

Shape scalable solutions for global climate resilience

We’re not just building homes, we’re preparing the blueprint for the next civilization.

Be part of a team building homes and futures

We’re redefining what it means to work, to belong, and to build in harmony with the natural world.

Join the Crew

Joining Geoship means more than taking a job. It means stepping into a community with an evolutionary purpose. We are shaping the future of home as sacred infrastructure and calling in bold, visionary builders to help bring it to life. Whether you are an engineer, designer, maker, storyteller, or artist, you will find something here that feels like home: a sense of belonging, deep support, and the opportunity to do your life’s work.
